Terms and Conditions

Arrivings (“we”, “us” or “our”) have created these terms and conditions that constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between website (“Service”) client (“You”, “User”, “Customer”) and the company. Current terms and conditions govern customers`s use of the Arrivings service.

IF A CLIENT IS GOING TO USE OUR SERVICE, HE (“SHE”) CONFIRMS THAT HE HAVE READ ALL “TERMS AND CONDITIONS”. A CUSTOMER IS ALSO CONFIRM THAT HE UNDERSTANDS EVERY TERM, AND HE AGREES WITH ALL ITS CONDITIONS. WE WARN EVERY SERVICE CLIENT THAT IF HE DOES NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND WITH ANY (OR ALL) POINT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO USE OUR SERVICE.

Arrivings

All transportation services provided by Arrivings and our partners are the subject of these Terms and Conditions. We (Arrivings company) provide premium, non-shared transportation (“transfers”) to certain destinations. All passenger transportations being done by third party companies (our partners). Customers who use our service are collectively referred to as “Users”.

Arrivings also provides transfers to and from airports. We offer our clients only first-class vehicles (sedans, minibuses, and coaches) for individual ridings to and from airports.

Meet & Greet” service. All airport transfers with Arrivings contain “Meet & Greet” option. It is included in all rates for rides from airports. Our drivers meet customers near the arrival gates. Every chauffeur holds a meeting plate with a client`s name while meeting.

Every meeting with a client occurs only for the time and date that a client mentions on the website. Arrivings is not responsible for customer`s mistakes during the booking process, as the result of missed flights or unused rides.

Arrivings mention fixed rates on its website. Nevertheless, if a client changes pick-up, drop-off places, date or time of the meeting, extra charges may be applied. We provide our clients with confirmation emails, which allow them all the info about the order.

Changing order details. A client can make changes in his order, but not less than 5 hours before the execution of an order. Notice, that some changes in your order may cause additional payment. When you want to change your order in less than 3 hours, you need to contact us via e-mail or phone that are mentioned on the website.

Cancellation of an order. When our driver meets a client in time, the client mentioned while booking process, and cannot find or contact this client, the reservation may be canceled without refund.

Prices and extra fees. All additional charges like tolls, VATs and tips are already included in the final rates. If the order details stay the same without changes, we don`t change rates that a client saw during the booking process. All our rates include 1 hour waiting time while meeting at the airport (if a client had an international flight). Every next waiting hour will cost a client additional $10.

Additional Stop Fee. The cost of extra stop and waiting time varies depending on waiting period.

Payments. To secure a booking in advance, a client makes payment at the moment of reserving. Additional charges while booking a client can refund according to our Refund terms below.

Refund terms. When we approve you refund, it will take up to 15 working days. A customer should apply to his financial institution to check the refund status.

Identification. While meeting with a client, our chauffeur has a right to request for personal identification from clients. In a case of failure, a driver has a right to refuse in providing a service.

Car capacity. Arrivings offers its clients vehicles with different seat amount: from 1 to 48 passengers. All vehicles also have limited space for baggage. The exact number of capacity you can see during the booking process or at the “Fleet” page. If your party is too large, please, book two or more cars with the needed passengers’ capacity.

Smoking. In all our automobiles smoking is strictly prohibited.

Special Handling Rules

Minors Traveling. Customers under the age of 18 have to travel with a parent or a maintainer for the entire duration of the ride. A chauffeur can refuse the ride if a person is not old enough to ride on his one.

Pets transportation. Clients should transport their pets in containers. In another case, such transportation will cost an additional fee.

Order mistakes. All customers are responsible for providing correct order details. Arrivings is not responsible for any mistake, a client made in his order details during the booking process.

Possible delays. Arrivings is not responsible for delays because of force majeure like jams, both weather and road conditions which may extend the time of a trip.

Concerns. We encourage you to notify us of any concerns (good or bad).

Compensations. In a case of our fault, a client will receive full money refund.

Order cancellation. You can cancel your order whenever you need prior to the execution of the service. Arrivings may charge you an additional fee in a case when order cancellation is less than 5 hours.
