How can I book a transfer on your website?

For the convenience of our clients, we propose two possible ways to book a transfer from/to an airport.

The first one is to use the particular form on the page. You just need to enter pick up and drop off places, choose appropriate car class and fill in all required data like arrival date and time, your name and other contact information. Then choose the payment method and enter the credit card information if needed.

The second one is to request a call back through the particular form, and our manager will contact you in 10 minutes to clarify order information, book your order and answer all questions.

Are there any fees, except the cost of the ride that is shown on the page?

No! We don’t have any hidden fees. You may be calm using our service. Additional charges may apply if you change the route or for waiting time. Notice! In a case of flight delays we don’t charge you additional cost!

Is it possible to add extra stops during my travel?

If you have more than one destination point on your route, please contact our client support, and we’ll willingly help you with the booking process.

Is the cost shown on the website per vehicle or per person?

We provide only private airport transfers. So, the cost that is shown on the website is per vehicle.

How many baggage can I take with myself?

Every car class has a limited capacity of bags and passengers that are possible to ride. Please, pay attention to that feature before booking. Attention! A driver may refuse to provide services in case when amount of people is larger than car capacity.

What if the flight is delayed?

Don’t worry! Our driver will check your flight number to be informed about all possible delays. And, of course, we will not charge you if it happens.

Is it possible to change or cancel the transfer?

Of course, it is possible. To make a cancellation, just write us a letter or make a call. Notice! We will make a full refund in case of cancellation not later than 3 hours before your order.

Will I share my ride with other people?

We provide only private airport transfers. You will have a trip alone or with your party.

Where can I find my driver if I have a transfer from the airport?

Our driver will wait for you near arrival gate holding a meeting plate with your name.
